How it works

All staff: your post appears on the board right away. No approval step. No code needed.
Grant Young only: your post is private. Only Grant can see it.
For Grant-only posts: after you submit, save the 4-digit pass key. Use that same pass key here to check for Grant's reply.
Keep checking: come back and use this pass key again to see replies whenever Grant responds. If you lose the pass key, it cannot be recovered.
